All forms of blessing are given by Hashem, the One True God, the God of Israel, when we love Him and keep His commandments, as written in the Torah. Too Redemption and salvation are promised to come to all Jews and the world when we Jews (of the house of Jacob,  who have Torah) perform teshuvah.

Over the centuries, many Rabbis have engaged in debates and commentary to try to decipher the exact meanings of the mitzvot held in the Torah. The Mishnah is one of the books that allows us study the commentaries of the Rabbis and Sages, which enables us to gain wisdom into Torah and the mitzvot of Hashem.  Provided at Mount Sinai alongside the written Torah as part of the Oral Torah, the Mishnah is part of the "how to manual" for performing the mitzvot held within our covenantal vows, called the written Torah.
